Eight players in Alberta have been selected for the Provincial Men's Team Trial based on the results of the Edmonton Open (Nov. 7-8, 1998), Alberta Open (Jan. 30-31, 1999) and Calgary Open (Feb. 6-7, 1999) tournaments. These eight players are:
